  We found the hotel easy to find and access having travelled from Devon to Birminham New Streeet then on to Birmingham International and on to the sky rail. The reception staff were most helpful in giving us exactly what we asked for in a room with a bed and sofa bed and a walk in shower we were comfortable room service was good and food was ser... what people say » ved hot. - Ease of access to the NEC--- 2 minutes walk through terminal 1 to the mono rail which runs every 2 minutes. A one minute ride and then 10 minute, moslty covered walk.

  I only stayed one night, as we were flying from Birmingham International, the receptionist was very helpful and booked us a taxi for the morning. The hotel was very nice and clean. - Friendly staff, good information available, very high standard of accommodation.
