Run by lovely people who could not do enough for you. Excellent situation, 8 minutes drive from Snape Maltings and near the coast. Easy parking. HUge rooms with comfortable beds and lashings of hot water. Fantastic coffee!

I only stayed one night - the staff were very pleasant and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, bright and cool. There was a good choice of food at breakfast, which was enjoyable to eat and included in the price of the room. Also I would add the hotel was within walking distance of town centre. we stayed in a kinda annex the room was called Southgate. It was really comfortable. There was a DVD called "Whatever happened to Dunwich" that was entertaining! The meal at night and breakfast was fabulous...and "Mine host" was helpful and friendly....Plenty of free parking and the beach 2 mins away...I'm sure we will stay again
