The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are able to give you menus for takeaways and give you plates etc for them. The location is ideal for Drayton Manor and the Snowdome also for the shops and a short walk to Tamworth its self. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean. Breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from, all fresh. Hotel in perfect location, close to town, sport centre, retail park, soft play and bowling centre. Close to Drayton Manor too. We stayed 2 nights, and will definitely stay here again. In general very happy with stay.

We were on a trip to Alton towers and the location was amazing! We all loved the breakfasts, the variety was amazing and very personalised. The staff were friendly and the farm was lovely my little boy loved feeding apples to the horses.

I stayed at Drayton manor hotel with my son for his 6th birthday and we really enjoyed our visit , the young girl behind the desk was lovely , very well spoken and explained everything we needed to know about our stay , everyone we encountered on our stay were very pleasent too .
Breakfast was great with loads of food available .
Only thing I'll mention is a bit more milk in the room for a few cups of tea throughout the stay would of been nice , but other than that I will be returning to your h

I am type one diabetic and had a bad hypo in the room. I had eaten all the food that usually brings me round, but it didn't work. The member of staff at the desk got my husband some hot bread rolls which helped immensely. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy. Good car parking and the hotel was quiet. So we all slept well. The buffet breakfast covers all the bases, cereal, pastries, scrambled egg, sausage etc etc, but no bacon oddly. So don't expect a full English! I don't consider that a major problem tho! -

The staff were very friendly despite us turning up after one in the morning after our nearby concert had finished. The following morning we were met by more friendly staff for breakfast and the reception was friendly too. The rooms were roomy, clean and tidy with everything you needed.
