    Great parking facilities for a town centre hotel. Good location. Big effort from staff to ensure you had everything a needed. Rooms excellent, heating just right for the cold weather. Food very well cooked and served with a smile.     Staff were friendly and curtious. having an aged Aunt, We were given a room in the quite part of the hotel. I was grateful for their concern. Hanley City Centre a great shopping area. - The peace and quiet despite a number of children staying. I think the staff should be complimented in the allocation of rooms.

    the room was much nicer than i expected. we were staying the night whilst visiting alton towers which i wouldnt recommend as it was a long drive there haha. the hotel itself was lovely though. the room was really big and most importantly, clean! i would definately go back - The Stone House Hotel was ideally situated and easy to find, the staff were... what people say » friendly, nicely furnished room, breakfast and evening meals were excellent, no complaints at all.     The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were clean and tidy. Good car parking and the hotel was quiet. So we all slept well. The buffet breakfast covers all the bases, cereal, pastries, scrambled egg, sausage etc etc, but no bacon oddly. So don't expect a full English! I don't consider that a major problem tho! - Just a basic room but... what people say » so comfy ,everything you need ,tv ,kettle ,lovely warm shower and a comfy bed .breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and everywhere was realy clean .the price was outstanding and I shall be staying again next year when we go to the Download festival ,brilliant thank you holiday inn x x

    First of all we tried at last minute to accomodate a family of 2 adults and 2 kids but we never imagined that we could get 2 days accomodation at this price. The staff were very friendly when we arrived. They arranged the room quickly eventhough their reservation system did not reflect that we had 2 kids whereas our booking reciept mentioend the s... what people say » ame. The room was bigger enough to accomodate 4 persons. We got free WI-FI to connect electronic items whereas the booking receipt said it will be ch - The location was ideal as a stopover before our final destination the next day.There was ample parking and when booking in, the receptionist was friendly and helpful. The accomodation was clean, comfortable and extremely quiet and peaceful.When we make this trip in the future, without doubt,Norton Canes is where we will stay.

    The room was lovely, very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The leisure pool was an added bonus. Breakfast was good,too. The evening dinner was good but a little on the expensive side. - It was convenient for use and very close to where we were going. We had a late night and the night staff on duty were great.

    The staff at the hotel were lovely and couldn't do more for us! The room was a lot better then me and my boyfriend expected, we are only 18 and can sometimes can be treated differently to 'adults' but as I say the staff were lovely! We were in the function room on the night and there was one boy on his own behind the bar and he did a great job and... what people say » was also really lovely and chatty to me and my family! Would like to give a special thank you to the lady, with short dark hair who I think us the ow - The staff were friendly and approachable. The full English breakfast was excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location in a town centre was a bit off putting, but even on a Saturday night, I didn't hear any noise during the night from my room. I will definetly be staying here again in the future.

    As their was no pictures of the room i assumed it wouldnt be very nice, but i was wrong the room was nearly refublished and was very very nice, the bed was massive and the tv was even flat screen with a diggi box!     From when I first turned up to when I left, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. There was a choice of bars to suit the type of company (quiet or lively) and I felt relaxed and comfortable during my stay. - Pretty much all that we saw.
