The staff were extremely helpful, room was perfect! We were even upgraded upon check in to the executive suite which included pretty much everything you could think of! The location was superb, just a minute walk to the Thames River and Tower Bridge, lots of restaurants and the tube. The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable and the room was very modern

The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. The room was clean and the towels large and plush. The A/C worked fine and kept us quite cool. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes.
The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park.
We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
