The individual styles of the rooms. Comfortable beds. Tasty breakfast. Beautiful gardens (although mostly obscured by rain when we were there). Good location right by the cliff top gardens and a path down to the beach. - Clean rooms, location, very nice dining room. Only had breakfast (full english), but it was well done.

friendly staff and amiable atmosphere - I liked the friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the hotel. The food was very good especially the breakfast. And the evening meal was far superior to the previous Best Western we stayed at. There was also plenty of room in the car park which was good to see after travelling a long way.

Great staff - especially the chef, who went out of his way to find us a restaurant for our evening meal, even though we were not going to eat his food! - everything was excellent. The staff were lovely the food was the best food ever and the stay at the hotel just made the holiday great.

A b&b above a pub is the PERFECT venue. The room was clean, cosy, the staff friendly and helpful. We had great breakfasts, and partook of evening meals and a few drinks in the pub.
