Only £11 for a taxi back from the Albert Dock too (consideringhow much we saved on the room rate compared to central hotels we weredelighted!) Will use same hotel again. - Everything!   Absolutely first class hotel in every way. The room was excellent, the staff attentive, the breakfast superb and the bar was relaxed with quality wine. - very modern, breakfast was excellent, required more staff to serve coffee/tea only two staff to serve the whole restaurant

  The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money. We were visiting family in the area and next time will check the Wirral Lodge first when looking for local accommodation. - Used the Hotel as a stop over between Wedding and reception plus... what people say » overnight stay, Staff were very accommodating, not 'pushy', didn't demand payment on arrival, quite happy to accept on departure.
