  What did I like? - everything. The location was perfect - conference centre, Albert Dock, city centre on your door step. The room was surprisingly spacious and breakfast was fantastic. I loved the informal set up. - Friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, great location and good value for money

  Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.

  I arrived at 1.30 in the morning and was a little anxious trying to find the entrance but when I entered the hotel my anxiety diminished and I fell into the lovely bed encased in soft linens; such a restful atmosphere. Buffet hot breakfast was fresh and delicious. The bathroom was impeccably clean with enveloping towels. We shall undoubtedly be making a return visit. The location and parking facility being perfect for our requirements.

My mistake but the manger John was so polite and professional about our cancelation that I would definatly make it my business to go there understanding and great staff like that are so hard to come by these days as I stay in hotels quite a lot! It's an English-style bed and breakfast located in a totally quiet and peaceful neighborhood next to the sea. Some rooms -and ours too- have the bathroom in common, but it's so clean that I didn't mind: I felt completely at home. The owner is really kind and give us all the informations we needed. Moreover, you away from the hustle of the city, but you can reach city center by train in only 20 minutes.
