  The staff were extremely helpful and we enjoyed being in the surroundings of the old part of the hotel. It had character as well as having modern facilties. The location was not only ideally central it was also very picturesque being surrounded by the georgian buildings around the square.   The receptionist was so helpful and nice. The room was very, very clean and welcoming. When we walked anywhere in the hotel the staff were so friendly.
