They had animals inside & out for the children, a good size swimming pool & inside a play room for the children, table top football, full size table tennis & pool table, playstation. They supply the plates/cutlery & clear it all away. - My children really loved staying at Sandown Manor: they called it the "best hotel they'd ever stayed at". The enjoyed the animals, games and playroom very much. The owners were extremely kind and helpful with us. They made us feel at home and willing to come back very soon.

    Our host made us feel so welcome and has such a warm personal touch without being intrusive. The room has been lovingly decorated and offered all the usual facilities (the biscuits were really nice!). Also, we were able to bring our dog and she was treated to her own special breakfast, which she very much appreciated.     The shower was lovely and powerful and the bathrooms very clean and well-stocked as we forgot shower gel! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in away from home! And the style of the rooms made it feel special and cosy, at a great price.     We stayed here 3 times in recent weeks with a sick relative in hospital on the island. The staff were exceptional, very caring, compassionate and helpful. The cottage was warm, spacious, very well equipped and had lovely comfy beds. It was quiet & well-situated for getting around the Island with bus stop and supermarket just outside. Just what... what people say » we needed at the time. Thank you. - We loved the cottage, the cleanliness and facilities inside the cottage. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Fresh linen, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and a great ambience. W e would love to go back. Would highly recommend this place for families and even for couples. Great value for money. 5 stars for price, facilities and comfort.
