    was only in the isle of man working unfortunately but this hotel was exceptional, the staff faultless, hotel was very clean in a good location right on sea front and the breakfast was amazing the menu was extensive and you could have anything i had full manx and it was cooked to perfection. hopefully i will get back to Douglas for a break and wil... what people say » l definitely be staying at this hotel.Even the parking wasn't an issue as you can park outside overnight and all day in the car park 100 yds away for - This place was amazing! The room was beautiful and had an awesome view!!!! They even give you chocolates and have a nice sitting room where you can mingle with the other guest. You can see the horse trollies right out front and there is a stop to get on it right there also. Had an amazing breakfast! They also held our luggage after we checked out, since our flight wasn't till late in the day we wanted to explore but didn't know what to do with the luggage. Next time we come we will definitely s

    The Executive double room was large and comfortable. I usually stay in an Atrium room at this hotel but that option wasn't available via letsbookhotel.com - but I was happy with the allocated room. Sometimes Atrium rooms are a bit noisy (it's an open plan arrangement so if someone else has their balcony door open and the tv playing loudly, the noi... what people say » se spreads around) but that was not a problem in this room. - Food was excellent including the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. All the staff were friendly and very helpful which gives the whole place a happy atmosphere. Lovely touch also of being able to have fresh milk for your tea and coffee in the room and bottled water too.
