  Great apartment, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great kitchen with all the things you need. Tv and free Wi-Fi. Just 10 minutes walking from Londen Bridge station and less than 5 minutes walking to the famous Tower bridge. Grocery store just around the corner. Fernanda the housekeeper (who also speaks Portuguese) was waiting us at the main en... what people say » trance on our ETA. She led us to the apartment which is just around the corner. - The location and facilities made for a comfortable stay The reception manager (george) was first class even though it was not his official role to support me in my stay he did evertything one could ask to make my stay superb

  The staff at reception desk so friendly & helpful especially the managers(Raj, Estella & Gula) staff (Ahmed, Lurry & Rid) I made a booking for two interconnecting room but we couldnot got them so we end up with one room because my kids refuse to sleep in 2nd room which was a bit far , Mr.Gula was so nice to passed the issue & get h... what people say » andled by Mr.Raj & Mrs.Estella they understood the situation; actually was nice of the hotel crew to refund our money back for 1 room & accept - Excellent location, we were worried that it may be noisy in the room because of the location but we never heard a thing! The staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend the breakfast (main reason we always book a Premier Inn :) ), we also had dinner on the first night which was very good value for money! Will definitely come back here to stay next time we are in London which hopefully won't be too long away as we never got the chance to see everything we wanted!

  The hotel location was great, only a few mins walk from the tube, the room was great, clean and spacious and the value for money was great! Would definalety stay here again! - I only stayed overnight but the room facilities were excellent.
