its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave.
The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room.

This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors. When we entered the room the heating was on and the curtains drawn so it was lovely and warm. Although we only stayed overnight we found the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were very polite and helpful.The rooms we had were spotlessly clean and very comfortable.The bed was fantastic and had a great nights sleep!!!! -

Excellent staff, very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Allowed us to leave car in secure parking whilst we travelled away for 48 hrs.

staff where all great - I stay here quite often for this reason. The breakfats was great all fresh, and the Exec room is well worth the upgrade, the complimentary items in teh friedge cover half teh upgrade cost, and its good to have a fridge in the room, wifi is also good signal - the staff where really friendly, couldnt belive I was on a motorway

For the type of hotel it was very good. Clean,warm and comfortable with a decent bathroom. Easy to get to the town centre with a very good bus service. The prices went up a little for Cheltenham festival but that's what you expect. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels on the vicinity. -

After a flight back from holidays to Bristol airport in the middle of the night it was a great relief for a comfy sleep for a few hours staff were helpful in obtaining details of local attractions and my daughter left her soft toy in the room and was very disapointed staff located the item and returned it by post which made my daughter very happy.

Staff were lovely at the reception. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was a good temperature and had everything you needed. It was very clean. Had extra pillows and towels which is always appreciated. Its location is next door to an amazing Beefeater where the food was delicious and had won awards for excellence. Also really close to Sainsbury's and Wholefoods.
