    its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors.     I was within walking distance of the General Hospital to be near my daughter when she was a patient. A similar distance in the other direction took me to the High Street where I filled my time in the shops and a cafe, and was met with friendliness and courtesty at Reception.     staff where all great - I stay here quite often for this reason. The breakfats was great all fresh, and the Exec room is well worth the upgrade, the complimentary items in teh friedge cover half teh upgrade cost, and its good to have a fridge in the room, wifi is also good signal - the staff where really friendly, couldnt belive I was on a motorway... what people say » lovely views of fileds, thought Breakfasts was exceptional value and all fresh, great little hotel to recomend

    It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.     We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room. The views were excellent and the facilities at the hotel were great.

    The Hotels was exceptional on every front. Room was delightful, staff couldnt of been anymore helpful, food was gorgeous, bar friendly, and the town is a lovely little retreat.     When we entered the room the heating was on and the curtains drawn so it was lovely and warm.     I ofen book a hotel with trepidation, but went on good reviews elsewhere and booked a night at the Falcon Inn for my birthday. Everything was perfect - the room was large and whilst shabby chic is perhaps not my style, it was beautifully done and went well with the age and feel of this hotel. The hotel is situated on the main road but there was little noise and parking was good.The view out over the church yard and the spire was characterful, and helped the away from it all feeling!
