    its is nicely situated on the east of Cheltenham ideally for walkers and business people. The staff are nice and friendly you get a good welcome and the owners will greet you when you arrive or see you off when you leave. The rooms are nicely decorated and very clean there`s a few little added touches in every room. for walkers they have a boiler ... what people say » room for drying your clothes etc, for business people nice place if you do not want the hassle of the town to stay. you get a grt selection for your b - This welcoming hotel just outside Cheltenham is on a quiet section of the A40, with views across the garden to the hills beyond. You can easily get into Cheltenham by bus and there are lots of walks in the surrounding countryside. The hotel has a conservatory, bar and restaurant (which we didn't try but the menu looked attractive). There are plenty of books and newspapers if you prefer to stay indoors.     It was the first time we had travelled with a young baby and staff were very supportive initially over the telephone then in person, providing a travel cot in the room and a high chair at meal times. The food was reasonably priced and very good, and the rooms were modern and quiet.     It was all so homely and another worldy. Loved our bedroom number 8 overlooking the square. Yes, there was a little bit of traffic noise and mild rowdy youths reclaiming their car at night BUT it was atmospheric to feel part of a community. I loved it and I am usually adverse to noise.     We found the staff to be extremely friendly and a credit to the hotel.the ambience was brilliant with a nice aspect with a grand view across the Cotswolds carry on the good work - You were not rushed for breakfast or to vacate the room.     When we entered the room the heating was on and the curtains drawn so it was lovely and warm.     The room was very comfortable and the selection for breakfast was fantastic. Very friendly staff came and found us and directed us to the hotel and the parking and gave us recommendations for dinner. - The excellent staff working under difficult circumstances, as the people who ran the Inn had left without warning 5 days pior.

    We were absolutely delighted with everything about the Hotel. Room and en-suite facilities were very good. Food was excellent and staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay.
