Attention to detail was incredible. Parking no problem, food excellent and personal choices no problem. Kilburn supplied everything a girl could need for an overnight stay. They even upgraded me with my own ensuite so I didn't have to be seen in a dressing gown, which they even provide! Coffee and cake bar on arrival; bags carried up the stairs. All the other guests said 'good morning'. A good glass of red wine and conversation (if wanted), provided in the bar. Local knowledge excellent. K

An absolute joy to stay in; for the price it was fantastic, so much so I will always try to book my time in Hull there! 5 mins walk from the good part of the town. - It's cosy, clean, excellent value and there is so much to eat for breakfast it could keep you going 'till tea. Peter & Denise were a friendly & welcoming couple. The breakfasts good and they were willing to accommodate what you wanted. A nice touch of specialised marmalades available. Bed was really comfy. Peter and Denise were very friendly and made us feel welcome in their accommodation. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Peter was very kind and let us leave the car for the day and gave advise about our route home. Breakfast was lovely, a wide selection of cereal, cooked breakfast and fruits. The rooms were of an excellent size, the bathroom ideal(though if you were not careful the power shower could blow you out of the room!!) and the location of the accommodation was brilliant. Total quiet.
Staff were friendly and helpful to a fault and the nmanager Kevin could not do enough to make the stay perfect. Absolutely excellent.

Friendly welcome by very efficient and helpful check in staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Printed off map for directions to a specific restaurant we wanted to visit. Position was great for some shopping. Plenty of places to eat out. All staff offered an excellent service. The breakfast was fabulous: lots of choice and plenty of it. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the bed was so comfy we didn't want to get up some mornings. A great weekend. Would stay here again.
