The hospitality and customer service here is the best thing about it as the owners - Dean and Steph are warm and welcoming. They helped us in getting around the Lake District and even offered to give us lifts to some places. Breakfast is large and delicious. Rooms are clean. For us who were traveling only by bus there is a bus stop just next to the cottage. Keswick is just 20 min away by bus. Keswick is a lovely peaceful little town. I highly recommend a lake tour by the boat. From Keswick it is easily to visit all the lake by bus.
