great location for seaside and country walking(only 15 mins by foot from St Just), beautiful sea and valley view from window, self-catering kitchen, well-equipped room, toilet and bathroom, cannot ask more for a hostel. -

Everybody at the Hotel was very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel itself was very clean and the room cleaning was first class. The reason the value for money is poor is because I'm a north easterner. For Falmouth it was fantastic value. Very comfortable bed in my opinion n staff were really friendly and with good humour. Food was lovely, english cooking like mum did, and plenty of it. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bar was opened to residents in the evening, which was good if you had been out for day and didn't want to go out again. -

The freedoom to enter and exit the hotel at any time, also meal service, staff preformed well in the dinning room, service was good. Bar staff were friendly and pleasent. - the hotel was extremely quiet, which meant you had a good nights sleep, although this was probably due to the fact the majority of guests seemed to be over 70.
