  The hotel is simply excellent. Contemporary airy room, superb service, the best breakfast I've ever eaten at a hotel, anything one can ask for :-) Location is brilliant - very close to the harbor, Elizabeth castle and the Jersey eye, 5 min to the city centre. Word of advice - go for a seaview room - it really worth it! Also when renting a car, go f... what people say » or something compact - roads are narrow and curvy. - everyone was helpful and friendly nothing was too much. room was upgraded on arrival and had a seaview. breakfast was outstanding, leisure facilities very good,rooms very spacious and very clean. Staff were first class. Location was ideal. Would definately return.

  The hotel is very well situared, easy walking distance of the amenities etc, The rooms were a good size although we did find them too hot, we never had the heating on and had the window open at all times; this is not a criticism as I am sure other guests wouldnt complain. For value for money and location it is the best hotel I have found.

  This hotel was amazing! We stayed there during the blizzard weather and the staff (especially reception) were super helpful and accommodating, updating us on the whole shut down situation with ferries etc. Reception even found us a lift down to the port amongst all the closed roads and madness! Great food (especially the chicken kiev), facilities ... what people say » and super comfy beds, Stay here. - Staff were very helpful, in particular the restaurant staff, great service both morning and evening for breakfast and first evening meal. Spa was also very good and the lady who helped me extremely helpful and kind. Loved the fact that there were FRESH flowers on the tables, how very nice.

  Everything you needed, nice touch with coffee etc on arrival and welcome pack. Bus to airport stops outside and costs £1.70 :-) used dishwasher, washer etc and no problem with leaving your rubbish etc out and getting extra tabs. Paid etc for harbour view which was lovely on the night we stayed in. Bed and topper very comfortable. Location is superb, within easy walk of most of the attractions of Jersey - St Helier. Fast wi-fi and the staffs at the reception is VERY VERY POLITE.   The room was good size very clean and fresh and the hotel food was great .I stay in hotels every week and this was one of the best stays I have experienced will be back .thanks to all the staff - The health suite and early check in. The breakfast was very good too.
