  Staff were excellent and could not have done enough to help you. Although check-in was not until 3pm our room was ready when we arrived at 12.30. Will certainly use the hotel again the next time we are in Glasgow - The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The room was ideal with a free mini bar.   excellent location, only 2-3 minutes walk to George square and Queen street rail station and 10 minutes walk to glasgow central station and Bucannan galleries which makes you near everything the city center has to offer. the hotel itself is quiet, comfortable, clean and has a nice restaurant and bar. I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and would be very happy to stay there again in the future.
