  When we arrived they had no details of our booking, however they behaved in a very professional way and quickly resolved the issue. The sofa bed was then made up within 1/2 hour of our arrival. All staff were friendly and very helpful. - Rooms very clean and had all the facilities you would expect. Loved that breakfast was served from 6am until 11... what people say » .30am!!!

I stayed in the hotel for 7 nights and would be very happy to stay there again in the future.

  we found the hotel staff really friendly and catered to all our needs. The breakfast buffet was excellent the central location of the hotel let us wander around glasgow city centre with ease on our departure we were able to leave our luggage with reception until our taxi took us to the airport we will definitely be using this hotel again - We check... what people say » ed out in morning but train was not until 5.40pm. staff kept luggage until such time and we enjoyed a warm drink in hotel reception.
