I liked the fact that it was a new hotel and reasonably priced. As we
travelled as a family it was good that we were put on the top floor away
from noisier guests.
We did have to ask for bedding for my son to sleep on the sofabed as this wasn't supplied, but this was resolved very quickly - staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. When bedding was delivered the guy asked if he could help putting it on the bed, which was very kind (sorry don't know his name).

The pool attendant was also very helpful in his manner and advice as to what to see and do in the city and the pool and leisure facilties were spotless and a joy to use.

The staff were aware that we were not a hen or stag party and put us on a higher floor to avoid the noise and we did not hear a thing. The staff on reception were very friendy and provided us with a lot of information about Newcastle. We were also given our room at 10am to leave our bags which was great. - We only stayed one night but found all

All very good. Check-in was easy, staff were helpful. Room was clean, comy and good size. Staff in bar and restaurant were very pleasnt and helpful. Surroundings were pretty good too. Spacious, comfortable and neat room. Very friendly and helpful reception desk in particularly the girl at the reception (unfortunately I can't remember her name) who was very helpful when we needed help on a couple of occasions. Excellent location right next to Tyne bridge. Everything you need shopping, dining, entertainment within walking distance! We enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well thought out. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Six of us travelled to visit relatives in the area, we booked a table for nine people on our last evening. The restaurant is nicely devided into separate areas, the menu is varied and we all enjoyed our meals. -

On our outgoing night we had a very poor nights sleep due to noisy neighbours but the staff were very sympathetic and refunded the cost of our stay. Incoming we had an excellent nights sleep and lovely breakfast, again the staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Thank you all -

I was pleasantly surprised. Having stayed st the chain before and not had a good experience but this one was very clean, well furnished (almost new), with lovely staff and the breakfast at the Beefeater next door was fantastic. I was visiting family in the area so it was perfect.
I couldn't fault it and will definitely go back. -
