Excellent hosts nothing is too much trouble for them they go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasant one. Breakfast was excellent served by happy staff. Brilliant location for theatre and shopping retail park. Lovely relaxing walk up and down prom to work off that breakfast . We had a sea view room they placed two chairs so that you could watch the sea and even watch the sunset with your own glass of wine. The hosts even gave you a bottle opener and posh glasses to drink your own wine lovel

We had a parking space at the rear of the hotel and Jenny carried the heavy bag up the steps when we arrived; we were even given a choice of rooms which meant that we had one nearest to the car park! The owners at the Grafton made us feel very welcome, and nothing was too much trouble. Jenny greeted us with a very professional but relaxing persona; she was always accommodating with any requests. The rooms was clean and tidy and attended too daily. Breakfast was lovely and Jenny was on hand for any requests. As final word I would definitely go back and stop at the Grafton again.

Absolutely fantastic hotel and owners, Gwyneth even came out to greet us after we telephoned to say we were lost. Breakfast was cooked to order andthe romm was very very good, they recommended great places to go and couldn't have been more helpful, the hotel was really well presented and we both really enjoyed our time there. We stayed in the room

Warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, excellent breakfast, beautifully furnished throughout. Bedroom spacious, stayed in rom 6. Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do.

The B&B was very clean and the beds were comfy. Our room had a bathroom that was really modern and spotlessly clean. Richard and Mair were excellent hosts very friendly and they also cooked a superb breakfast. We would be happy to stay again. -

It was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. The owners were very friendly and could not have been more helpfull. They talk to all of their guests and advise places to visit, and eat. I would recomend this guest house to anybody. - First class room, very large bed with one of the best showers I have ever used in a hotel. Friendly welcome

The owners are very friendly, the place is warm,cosy and very clean. The breakfast was excellent. We had a nice double room with an efficient shower which had lots of hot water and there was tea coffee and biscuits provided. Branstone House has everything you need from a guest house and we would definitely return. -

This was our second stay at the Stella, and, as last time, we had a great time. Dave and Carol are excellent hosts. Breakfast was also excellent, with an extensive choice of fresh fruit and cereals for starters, and more than ample big English Breakfast to follow. Too much, if anything, especially after a night out pub-crawling!!!

The location was ideal for the theatre. The staff were very friendly we were offered a room at the top and as there was no lift we asked to be moved which was no problem at all we were moved to the first floor.The food was very good and the hotel was ultra clean.Would definitly stay there again.

The hotel is well located on the promenade and close to the shops and Great Orme.
We had a twin room (38) at the rear. It was well appointed and although there was not a great deal of space it was certanly adequate. The furniture was of good quality as was the decor.
The bathroom was not large but modern and clean.
The hotel's public rooms and restaurant were of a good standard.
The breakfast was excellent.
I would certainly reccomend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

we ended up arriving late evening due to traffic on the Motorway because

Just back from a one night stay at this well positioned, traditional b & b in Llandudno. A warm welcome, comfy room with a large array of extras (tea, coffee, hot chic, biscuits, toiletries etc.) I was travelling with my son so security was important to me and I felt safe here with a permanently locked front door. Everything, from the out-of-their-way friendliness of the hosts to the cleanliness and comfort of the B&B itself, was perfect. We feel very lucky to have found this little gem :) We will definitely be going back. It's situated in a nice area, not too busy or too isolated. Oh, and last but by no means least, The Breakfast. Yes, with capital letters, it is THAT good!!
