This family-run guest house enjoys a peaceful location in one of Llandudno’s quiet tree-lined avenues, yet it is within easy walking distance of the beach and all the major attractions.

Karden House has a great location from which to explore all that the seaside town of Llandudno has to offer. The beach is just a short walk away and the town centre is also within easy reach. For travel slightly further afield, the guest house also has great transport links, as Llandudno railway station is just around the corner.

In the evenings, you can sink into the sumptuous leather seats in the TV lounge and enjoy a drink from the licensed bar, which offers a full tray service. Alternatively, during the warmer months, you may choose to sit out in the Karden’s delightful patio area at the front of the property, which is a designated smoking area.

The decor of the b & b was lovely; every detail was perfect. I had no idea until I got there that this would be such a popular destination on what seemed to be a very early spring day with no particular holidays etc. and until we got to the breakfast room, I thought we were probably the only guests!!!! Breakfast was delicious, and our hosts, Janet and Don, quite charming. Our room #3, I believe, had a view of an early spring container garden -- not very fancy, but also totally sheltered fro.

Travelled by train, so location very near train station was ideal for us. quiet street, but very near town centre and sea front. East, superb Cantonese restaurant near train station, added bonus. Llandudno is a great resort, with so much to do. This B&B was in a perfect position for the wedding at the church 3 mins walk away. The owners were polite and helpful and the B&B was comfortable and warm and the dining room bright and the breakfast was delicious and no waiting time even though at least 6 tables occupied at the same time. I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The owners were very nice, breakfast was good. The room was very clean and pleasant. I also liked the location of the hotel, which was in a quiet street near the church. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again. Very friendly owner there to greet me. Very good value for money indeed and a two-minute walk from the train station. Free wifi too. And because I was leaving early the next morning the owner made me up a packed lunch instead of breakfast at no extra charge. Everything, extremely welcoming, very clean and comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Free Parking can be difficult to find before 5PM. Very little to fault anything other than very tiny bathroom. I don't know. room was a bit cramped,. Breaksfast is served only from 8.00-8.45. Also, we discovered after booking that "single-sex groups" are not welcome. Nothing. Very few restaurants serving food at 7 o'clock in the evening. The big hotels only serve to their guests. We were told later that there was another part of the city about a half mile away that had more food outlets. Nothing!. Due to other commitments I could not stay longer. shower was not very powerfull. Think breakfast could have had a longer sitting time and maybe not so early. breakfast was a little too early if they could change that by 45 mins but they must have there reason for this. Awkward layout of room and ensuite. we had to go home!!!!.
