  Couldn't fault anything. The hosts are friendly and dedicated to making your stay relaxing and stress free. The house and surroundings are breathtaking and the quality and choice of breakfast is second to none. The town of Linlithgow is charming, lots to see and quaint pubs with friendly folk serving delicious home cooked food. Edinburgh and Glasg... what people say » ow are only a short drive away making it the ideal place. You can enjoy a busy day shopping in the city and return to a lovely quiet and peaceful envi - The property was very tastefully decorated and had a very warm welcoming feel to it. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing, you didn't need to eat for the rest of the day there was so much choice. It was a birthday treat and a card and gift was left in the room which was totally unexpected and very kind, something that probably sets them apart from other B&Bs. We would certainly return and recommend Arden House

  Hospitality was exceptional and the owners (Jim & Hazel) were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The décor throughout the hotel was of high standard and warm & welcoming with a couple of lovely lounges to relax in too.
