  Location was stunning out in the countryside but only 4 miles from linlithgow Fabulous rooms beds great to sleep in Nan the owner what a lovely lady Breakfast was outstanding total value for money would go back again - House and room were beautiful and spacious.   Couldn't fault anything. The hosts are friendly and dedicated to making your stay relaxing and stress free. The house and surroundings are breathtaking and the quality and choice of breakfast is second to none. The town of Linlithgow is charming, lots to see and quaint pubs with friendly folk serving delicious home cooked food. You can enjoy a busy day shopping in the city and return to a lovely quiet and peaceful envi - The property was very tastefully decorated and had a very warm welcoming feel to it. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing, you didn't need to eat for the rest of the day there was so much choice. It was a birthday treat and a card and gift was left in the room which was totally unexpected and very kind, something that probably sets them apart from other B&Bs. We would certainly return and recommend Arden House

  Hospitality was exceptional and the owners (Jim & Hazel) were extremely friendly & helpful. Our room was beautifully furnished and very spacious. The décor throughout the hotel was of high standard and warm & welcoming with a couple of lovely lounges to relax in too. We will definitely return and tell all our friends/family about - Staff friendly, genuine and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Experienced b&b, a very polished operation. Knowledgeable and helpfulness of Jim and Hazel. They were genuine and very helpful. Amazing Scottish cooked breakfast! House is impeccably kept and clean. Quietness, serenity and privacy were enjoyable. Walking along the heritage trail. Linlithgow town great restaurants and pubs to explore.
