Couldn't fault anything. The hosts are friendly and dedicated to making your stay relaxing and stress free. The house and surroundings are breathtaking and the quality and choice of breakfast is second to none. The town of Linlithgow is charming, lots to see and quaint pubs with friendly folk serving delicious home cooked food. Edinburgh and Glasgow are only a short drive away making it the ideal place. The property was very tastefully decorated and had a very warm welcoming
feel to it. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfast was amazing,
you didn't need to eat for the rest of the day there was so much
choice. It was a birthday treat and a card and gift was left in the room
which was totally unexpected and very kind, something that probably sets
them apart from other B&Bs. We would certainly return and recommend
Arden House.
Absolutely sensational in every way. The room was magnificent, the bed
and bedding were luxurious. Every imaginable extra was included.
Breakfast was the best ever. The full Scottish had everything, best ever
black pudding, 98%pork sausages, off the griddle pancakes, wonderful
oatcakes, beautiful pears in cinnamon, as much coffee as you want, wish
we lived closer. Delightful owner, a wonderful unforgettable experience.
We have visited many hotels recently but none compare to the luxury, comfort, style and elegance of this country house.
The welcome was warm and the choice at breakfast was second to none.
This country house is by far the best quality and the attention to detail will put all other accomadation to shame.
We very much liked the location and setting as it was in a beautiful country location with lovely gardens. We also had amazing service...they couldn't do enough for us, the room was very luxurious and the breakfast was out of this world! We would definitely stay there again.
