Brilliant location in the heart of Wimbledon Village, perfect for shopping and eating out as everything was within a walking distance. Reception staff helpful providing buses numbers and cost to Wimbledon and information how to get to Kew Gdns. On Tuesday morning at breakfast a friendly manager approached us and asked if we had a comfortable sleep, informed him th... what people say » at we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?

  We thought the hotel was excellent. It was clean, modern and very good value for money. The staff in the restaurant were especially helpful and friendly and the food was very good. This was the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we will certainly use them again if they are all of this standard. - The staff were so nice and very helpfull... what people say » . they gave an excellent service.
