  Even though we were booked into the Sapphire, we ended up a few doors down at the 'Pearl' which is their sister Hotel. All rooms in each Hotel are the same according to the Pearl Manager, so that was fine with us. Our room was in the 'sub' area below street level, but still with a window to the outside so wasn't claustrophobic. Brea - I was very pleased with the service when I arrived, the people were polite and immediately got me an iron, which I needed as I was on a business trip. The room was quiet and I was most impressed with the bed. Very clean egyptian sheets and good mattress. An added surprise for me was the continental breakfast. Also, it is a quiet neighbourhood, so you can get enough sleep to gain energy to walk thru busy streets of London and the nearness of the tubes, local pubs, bus stations and supermarkets is really great (about a 5min walk to both stations).   Hotel is very convenient for Earls Court, situated in very beautiful buildings. Room was on the small side, but very clean and comfortable. - I was impreesed we were put into a flat nearby the hotel. It was very spacious and clean.
