    I often travel on a budget, and I must say I've rarely been that happy with a hotel. Big room, very clean, even had a shower inside! Most budget places have shared facilities and can be really tiny. Super extra friendly staff; from the receptionists, the manager, the kitchen personnel, everyone was so nice. The rooms are clean, comfortable and all you will need for a weekend in Brighton. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of Brighton so perfectly located. We would definitely stay there again!

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a large room with 3 single beds and plent of room to walk around. The view was amazing, and perfect for us to get ready in and crash for one night. The rooms need a little TLC but for the price you pay it was clean and comfy enough for a short stay! You're a short walk to the Lanes and the beach front so location is ideal - Staff were generally friendly. The room was very 'homely' even though it was obviously a very old building. Was cosy at night. The area wasn't too noisy even though it was on the beach. Very pleased with my stay, already planning to stay here again when me and my friend next visit Brighton.

    Clean, laundered sheets. All very simple and perfectly OK for a one night stay. Lady in charge was very helpful, smiled beautifully and I felt my needs were met. Great position so near the Sea Front. - Friendly staff

    Great value for money, room small but there was a private toilet and shower with clean towels, soap and shower gel, which was great. Wouldn't expect more for the price I paid. When I arrived the lady was very helpful and told me everything I needed to know about how the hotel works.     Very friendly helpful staff - my kettle did not work and the receptionist brought me a new one; the cook came out to ask me to rate my meal, the waiter was very helpful ( despite all three being non-native-born their English was good) - excellent staff, friendly and very accomodating - always helpful and polite with a smile as well.
