    The staff were friendly from the minute we stepped in to the minute we left They are also very helpful giving us directions and infomation on the area. Our rooms wasn't ready when we arrived so they gave us free drinks at the bar and up graded us to a rome with a sea view and a balcony. It was gorgeous.     Great for a group - Location. Value for money accommodating so many people. Great communications from managers/owners. I would 100% stay there again and recommend to friends - however I would take additional towels, washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc. I'd also like to watch someone else falling through the bed slats!

    Stayed at the Umi Brighton for one night, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. The room was very clean and comfortable. We had a very nice breakfast which was included in the excellent rate. Will definitetly stay here again next time im in Brighton. - For 64 pounds we got a massive room with queen size bed sea view and breakfast (although the... what people say » ful english breakfast wasnt that nice) oh and not forgetting the nice bathroom. i was just surprized by how good it all was. i would deffinatly stay again.

    The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.     Great atmosphere at hotel. Staff were so so helpful and polite. Good location. Bar area very relaxing. All in all a very relaxing hotel. Breakfast was served up hot as it should be. Hotel cleaners were excellent.     A modern hotel with free wi-fi and free facility of an ironing room which proved useful. We stayed in a standard room with good wet room at the front of the hotel overlooking a busy road but we heard no traffic noise. The air conditioning very efficient. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent value for money with extended breakfast times at week... what people say » ends. We arrived in Brighton by train for a shopping weekend and visit to the Pavilion. The hotel is situated within a two minute walk of the station. - Staff extremely friendly and happy to help. Location is fantastic right by the station and a short walk to the north laines. Room was clean and spacious, fairly functional but that's not a bad thing. The lobby and communal areas and well decorated and welcoming. We had a room at the back of the hotel on the top floor and slept soundly even with the window open- anyone who has visited Brighton before will appreciate how rare this is!!
