Housekeeping kept our room spotless. The housekeeper even offered to have a humidifier brought to our room when she heard me coughing. How thoughtful. While dining in the restaurant the staff noticed I was under the weather and made me a special tea. We were sitting in the lounge area and a staff member from the front desk noticed we needed refills on our beverages and alerted the food and beverage staff. I could go on and

Two vending machines are availabl - The staff at the front desk were all cheerful, booked our taxis flawlessly, and provided an electrical adapter for only a deposit. Bermondsey Square, just one block south, has a lovely courtyard with two nice restaurants (we tried and enjoyed both), a cinema/bar, and a small grocery (which we also found handy on several occasions during our 6 night stay).   It is an elegant hotel in a quiet but very nice district. It is very close to London Bridge, Tate Modern, Borough Market, Shakespeare globe. Within walking distance there is nice restaurants and cafes. There is even a cinema across the hotel. The tube is within 10-15 min. walk from the hotel. To sum up B2 has elegant - Extremely comfortable and enjoyable stay! Very quick check in with lovely staff who helped us to find bus routes. The room we stayed in was amazing - everything from the layout to the comfy bed and huge shower made our stay so fun. We also had a great view onto the courtyard where the sun came in, and were able to see the park. We were able to leave bags for the day. Tower Bridge was just down the road! Short bus journey to Waterloo/Southbank areas too.
