  Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk.
