  Lovely hotel in a great location. The room I had was very nice for the price, the breakfast was good and the parking facilities were good. It was nice to have a leisure club too although the sauna and steam rooms weren't working when I used them. - Clean & Tidy, very freindly & well presented staff. Restaurant food quality was exception... what people say » al. Close to beach, walks & shopping. We've stayed in Bournemouth a number of times and this is the best yet. Will be back again.

  Staff friendliness and professionalism. Leisure facilities complimentary. We were the only ones in there so had pool, sauna and jacuzzi to ourselves. There was no one in the gym either - shame we were only there 1 night. Excellent breakfast. Recommend and would stay there again.   The Spa was amazing and rooms were very clean and tidy the best hotel I have stayed in Bournemouth. All in all a wonderful weekend, will be going back soon - Accessability to the beach. Use of the facilities - but unfortunately we couldnt get any treatments as they were fully booked

  The service from all staff was prompt efficient and friendly. When a problem arose in the allocated room another room was immediately offered. Although the purpose of the visit to the area was to attend a family funeral the extra days that we stayed were very relaxing and enjoyable at the hotel.
