  We really appreciated the upgraded room to sea-view, the hotel was very clean and we loved the leisure facilities - lovely indoor pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna! Excellent breakfast. We would definately stay again and the room price was very reasonable too.   well,everything ! the room was really lovely,there was everything you could want,sparkling clean and very comfortable. all the staff were good but i was particularly impressed with the reception girls who were efficient,helpful,and charming ! - This was our first stay at this hotel,and it did not dissapoint us in any way.The staff were first rate,... what people say » the food was excellent.To be honest we have not got a bad thing to say about our stay.

  Lovely little B&B, perfect location for me as I was attending a nearby training course, excellent value for money, the lady (a Freind of the owner) was looking after the place for him and was so kind and accommodating....thank you for a pleasant stay and I would definitely stay their again...And...free parking facility was an absolute bonus! :... what people say » -) - The food is excellent, the rooms comfortable and the staff are friendly and caring.   I cannot commend the staff at the Quay enough, they were so helpful and polite and did their best to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. The food in the bar/lounge was excellent, it was simple food but done to a high standard in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again, the 24 hour room service was very useful too. I loved the cocktail bar up... what people say » stairs and the baby grand piano!. - We enjoyed two lunches, the pool, the beautiful views from our room and the prompt response when we were stuck in the lift due to a malfuction just prior to checking out . This will not stop us staying there again in the future .We had a wonderful weekend .

  A lovely hotel with a very welcoming atmosphere . The staff were really helpful, when we had a probem it was dealt with quickly and in a friendly way. Both the bedroom and bathroom were clean and spacious. The cooked breakfast was delicious. - Good food, friendly staff, good location,good sized bedroom

  Superb location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good self-catering facilities with option for bought full breakfast and meals. Childrens corner and lawns to play on. Only12 minute steep walk downhill to Castle and Town. A bit longer coming back! - First every time in a Youth Hostel, so impressed with Conwy YH, we had a family ensuite room, clean... what people say » , very comfortable.
