  We arrived at 9 am and were given a room at 10:30 am and the reception staff were trying to get the room ready ASAP and in the meantime we were asked to wait in the club lounge while the room was being prepared. Also the housekeeping staff were very good and always refilled the bathrooms with extra towels and toiletries whenever we asked for extra... what people say » supplies. - Exellent service throughout the hotel.   Hotel in excellent location,2mins from Paddington tube and train station. Hotel is located on a quite street so no noise from outside which is unusual for a hotel in such a central location! No frills toileries and refreshments in room are all that's required and keep costs to a minimum. Asked for a quiet room and got one. Couldn't be more professional.

  the staff were friendly. we got upgraded for free when we arrived which was a nice surprise. the room was clean and the king size bed was amazing. the breakfast was also very nice. good location. - Very friendly staff at front desk who upgraded our room when he heard it was our 1st wedding anniversary.
