  The room was warm comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and polite. For breakfast there was a selection of cereals, fuit-salad and fruit juice. A carafe of coffee was beside these, but tea and hot chocolate were available on request. A touch I liked was the small vase of flowers on each table every - We stayed in this hotel from 18-22 November 2013. The room and bathroom were very clean, towels replaced everyday. Perfect location: 20 min walk to Pancras station, 15 min walk to Chinatown-Soho, 20 min walk to Trafalgar square, 25 min walk to Big Ben tower. British Museum, one of the best in the world, is only 5 min away. Personnel very kind: we needed a British electric plug. Instead of buying one, we could use one from the hotel during our 5 day stay. Our personal overal quotation would be 9

  Small and very comfortable family hotel in quiet region of city but close to all interesting places in London. Frendly staff, feeling was like at home.   Arrived very early from a very long flight and allowed us to check in straight away. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels. Helpful staff and great location to shopping, dining and all the sights! Front desk arranged a driver to Gatwick airport at very short notice early in the morning, they went above and beyond to help us. Many nice restaurants and pub at 5 minutes walking. Also British Museum and University of London are at only 10 minutes walk. The room is small but very clean and efficient, with good free WIFI and a coffee machine. English breakfast (salty and sweet) is included. Good price with respect other hotel.
