    We stayed at the hotel for only one night as we were seeing a concert at wembley, the staff where very friendly and could not do enough to help us in our stay including sorting out our journey to and from our event, the room was very clean , crisp white, bed sheets on our four poster ( very comfy) bed , we were a little late for breakfast but the ... what people say » staff were still very obliging and made sure we had breakfast. I would definatley stay at this hotel and recommend it to our friends. - Staff was very helpful, room was fresh, new, clean and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was very modern. Location, although away from main sightseeing areas, in a good residential area very close to Portobello road. Good value in London.

    Hotel room was excellent, comfortable bed and room was a good size. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a good choice of foods.     Single room to roadside was clean and tidy, enough space, shower and toilet nearby on the aisle, but for privat use only, was clean and ok, breakfast in the Pub downstairs was continental, a little bit simple but sufficent (coffe/tea, toast, ham, cheese, cereals, juice, fruits), staff friendly and polite. Situated good (10min walk from Kilburn Und... what people say » erground Station, 20min Jubilee Line ride to city center), Kilburn is very cosmopolite, so there is plenty opportunity nearby for excellent dining (or - Room was very spacious, and even had a cute old fashioned stove as an 'original feature' I assume. Wi-Fi was excellent. Table and chairs so you can eat in the room and not be on the bed which was nice. Also we had a sink, fridge, and stove etc in our room. Would've come in handy on a longer stay. Overall it proved a good option for us, as we have been to London several times before, maybe not the best for a first time visitor.
