  We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... what people say » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

  The staff were just lovely. The room was not only cosy and spotless with beauiful decor, but a King Size Bed made everything just perfect. It was quiet, there was a garden with seating for smokers, a DVD library, freedom to come and go and whatever time, a minibar - just (sigh) what more could you ask? Highly recommended. The breakfast was smashing... what people say » too with loads of choice. Just excellent. - On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were really friendly. The breakfasts were 'lush' and the whole place was incredibly clean. And just a stones throw from the beach.......

  friendliness of staff. The room was simple but really nice. The whole hotel was comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonably priced. Would definately stay there again. - The welcome we received on our arrival and the comfort and homely atmosphere of the hotel and room. Bedroom had all mod cons and breakfast was excellent.

  Excellent location only 5 mins walk from the pier and town center. Reception staff incedibly helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Highly reccomend staying here- don't worry about no breakfast there are many good options within easy walking distance. - Staff were so very welcoming, helpful and friendly. Room was lovely. Shower fantastic.
