  Staff were friendly on arrival and during our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice a good variety. Nice pool/spa. Good location 10 min walk to Kings Cross tube. NCP car park 5 min walk. - Reasonable sized room; good quality furniture. Very good swimming pool, jacuzzi etc. with good changing facilities & showers.

  This hotel is a gem. Strategically located for the theatre and shopping district we could not have asked for more central. Newly refurbished we booked a small room but beleive me is big enough and has a clever boat like seating area with a desk and all plugs you can need. We did not have breakfast inthe hotel, which serves it in a separate restaur... what people say » ant, but just across the entrance there are many places you can have breakfast, so no problem. Unfurtunately it was bitterly cold but it must be magni - Location: near British Museum which we were visiting for exhibition; virtually next door to Holborn Tube; close to Oxford Street but also next to the greenery and relative peace of Lincoln's Inn Fields - so a quiet night. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance - including places for breakfast as not included (Fleet River Bakery or Paul's). Small room but very clean and modern with smart bathroom.   This hotel is actually on St Paul's doorstep, quite the best location possible. The check-in was over in seconds and our room was large, and had everything ~ including the kitchen sink!... and the cost was as unbelievably small as the bed was unbelievably large! From now on there is no option in my mind. My wife and I have already planned another ... what people say » visit next month. - Great hotel...GREAT Location, we were on a floor that was a once smokingfloor so our room stunk asked to be moved and it was no problem, muchhappier when we moved. You can pretty much walk most of the city fromthis hotel and the sight seeing buses are right outside the door. Alittle expensive but thats not their fault the dollar is worth nothing!!

  Room was lovely and clean, a bit on the small side, but that wasn't a problem. We ate in the ajoining chinese restaurant and the food was exellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, both in the hotel and restaurant. My only complaint would be the lifts, they seemed to take such a long time to come, but this wasn't a major issue we just used the stai... what people say » rs. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. - Location was exactly what we wanted. Very good value for money. Twin room was very nice. Staff were polite and efficient. Had a drink in the bar on return from watching Wicked the musical, Staff very welcoming. Excellent location for shopping. Comfortable beds. Shower was very nice, could have stayed in it all day!! Slept well!!!
