It was clean, there were tea and coffee making facilities, beds very comfortable, shower and bath en suite. we were going to a concert so literally just needed somewhere to sleep and this was perfect.   Great value for money. It was exactly what we expected for the price we paid and the location was good for our concert at the Emirates stadium. - Very clean and the manager and cook/jack of all trades were very helpful.
