  We loved the building and decor, and the location was absolutely perfect. We always choose hotels with openable windows (rather than air conditioning) where possible, and this one met that criteria too. We slept well and it was quiet - no disturbances from other guests or from outside. The breakfast was also great, and the staff friendly. We would... what people say » stay again if in the area. - The situaution of the the hotel to the train links is good, walking distance to Richmond is good, approximatly 20mins. The staff are friendly and the public bar has a comfortable feel and good ambiance. Although no car park you can park on the side streets from noon until 10am the next day for free.

  The polite and accommodating staff. They provided all our needs (including securing football tickets) and pointing us in the correct direction when we inquired. The facilities were fantastic and modern; very comfortable beds and wonderfully soft towels.The location of the hotel was great. We ate at a different restaurant every evening (we stayed eight nights) and socialized with - Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. Very good restaurant- lovely breakfast. Very polite, helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location to tube station and shops.

  The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus service right infront of the hotel. Also some nearby Halaal food restaurants was a big plus for us. The quadruple room was good for a family with small kids. Hotel staff was very helpful as they addressed your ... what people say » concerns. Our room had a strange smell , but when we complained, it was changed within few minutes. Breakfast was good, although same menu everyday. W - The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel. Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.
