  This place is a gem - we stayed for two nights for a much-needed break and a spot of Christmas shopping. The location is ideal and incredibly quiet considering where it is. The hotel is in a beautiful building and our gallery suite was superb. The service was excellent and understated. The staff was kind and efficient. Complimentary wi-fi was a nice facility that you cannot find free in many hotels of this standard in London. Rooms were fairly large enough to stay and relax.

  The staff were exceptional! they were efficient and very pleasnat. My beer batterred fish via room service was suprisingly quite tasty.   Having decided to make a quick get-away down to London, we found Durley House, and what a find! Having stayed in traditional hotels in London where space is at such a premium, this made for a very refreshing change. The staff were excellent throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. The suites are large, grandly furnished and you genuine... what people say » ly feel at home here. The location is superb if shopping and sightseeing as we were. You can walk ton harrods in just a few minutes and Kings Rd too!
