No elevator/lift but that was not a concern for us. Perfect accommodations for us...two adults and three teens. Walk to beautiful park, castle, city centre, etc. is just minutes away. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and tidy. The breakfast is the most enjoyable continental breakfast I have ever seen in hostels, and there are free dinner nights. There is a living room where you can watch films and play video games. The locaton is excellent, just ten minutes walk to the castle.

I have stayed in many and I keep returning as I rate them very highly.

It was above expectations. We were impressed by the cleanliness and well organized rooms and tidy kitchen. The price was fair in comparison to other hotels. The flat was not tight as compared to most UK hotels and flats. It is an excellent choice for the families. - The apartment was spacious and well decorated, and also conveniently located.

The owner and morning breakfast staff (more so on Sunday morning) were very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, small but comfortable and suited our needs for 2 nights perfectly. We paid £35 pp per night each....a bargain really! The continental breakfast was the best I've ever had....lots of choice and plenty of it. -
