To start off I would say that you cant find a better location, a better sized and CLEAN room in this price, barring you plan and book atleast 2 months in advance.

Totally love this hotel. Located in a peaceful street. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. My father left his phone in the room after we checked out and only realised about it when we arrived at the Bristol airport. I called the receptionist and she quickly run upstairs to the room and search for the phone. She kept the phone safe for us until my friend claimed it on behalf of us. And also we got a discount for our room rate upon arrival. What a great service they provided. Althoug
