    We stayed in the Superior Double Room. It was quiet, well-quipped, with a desk big enough for us to use our laptop comfortably. There was a variety of fresh cut fruit at breakfast, to our delight, and the portions of the cooked breakfast were generous. Did not see the actual owners but the staff standing in we're extremely friendly and cooked a fabulous breakfast. Was a bit disappointed with the dirty grout in the shower, otherwise clean and comfortable.

    We were made to feel very welcome and no question went unanswered. The rooms were small but really nicely decorated. It was such good value for money, centrally located and the breakfast was vast. You need to be aware that the guesthouse is the sister house to The Albany which is at 24 Crescent gardens so you go there for breakfast but it's fon... what people say » dly a few doors down and means that Albany 33 is quiet with only 4 rooms. Would definitely stay there again, couldn't recommend it highly enough! - Mark and Mary were delightful hosts, attentive to our needs and wishes, plus interesting to talk to as well. The breakfasts were excelent. The room and bed were very comfortable, the facilities clean and new. Sharing a bathroom was not a problem, as there were 2-1/2 baths to chose from. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of downtown and the Royal Crescent. Thoroughly enjoyable stay. We'd stay there whenever we're in Bath again.

    We had a huge room - loved the canopy bed. The beds were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The mint on the pillow was a really nice touch! - The four poster bed and size of the room made the stay much more comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful.

    My husband and I just had a wonderful couple of nights at Oldfields. What made it so special was how friendly the staff are - making us tea/biscuits on arrival and when we got back from a long day out the following afternoon, and giving us helpful info on Bath (where to go, where to eat out etc.).     Arrived at hotel before checking in time and room was ready for us. Room was very cosy and warm considering it was a very cold day in January. Bed was comfortable room was spotless clean and en-suite was exceptionally clean. Well positioned to go into Bath, breakfast good very enjoyable stay. The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. Free speedy internet access. I stay away from home on business at least twice a month and this has been the best place I have stayed in, and I have stayed in all different star rated hotels and BandB's.

    Milton House was the cutest, nicest little B&B we have ever stayed at. It is beautifully restored and kept in perfect order. The room we had was their small double but we were forewarned on the booking site and it was perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. I congratulate David, Gibson & Blessing on their beautiful establishment. - The ... what people say » B & B is run by Gibson a friendly and v happy man. His assistant at breakfast is as good as you will get in a BB - he was helpful, knowledgeable and v efficient. Breakfast was always hot and well presented. Seconds of toast/tea/coffee was always offered and no trouble at all. Bedroom was v clean and bed changed everyday.
