    The setting is fantastic - every Austin fan's dream. Close to everything but in a quiet location with great views. The hotel itself is beautiful, you walk through a discrete regency front door into a wonderful combination of history, functionality and good taste. The bedrooms were spacious, extremely comfortable with all the touches you'd - The hotel is situated right in the middle of one of the most iconic Georgian buildings in the UK. The decor of the hotel is certainly in keeping with the grandeur of its location and the spa and restaurant were faultless. The service provided by the staff was impeccable - which is a first in my experience! All the staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

    The Henrietta House is fun-tastic. When on business trip I've stayed with hotel conglomerates such as Kempinski, Shangri-la, Sheraton, Hilton etc. But none of these could compare with the Henrietta, if a heart-warming, relaxing and unforgettable stay is what you are looking for. Bus i - From the moment we stepped in, the place was inviting. The check-in process was fast and easy as they were expecting us and I only needed to provide my first name...no annoying paperwork. The room was small, but clean, which is most important! We only stayed one night and spent most of time exploring Bath so the size of the room didn't hinder our comfort. Breakfast was great...much better than I have found at a hotel buffet and they have a menu from which you can order for eggs and pancake

    the staff were very friendly and helpful the rooms were really clean and the fact that we were so near to the city centre walking distance and we could leave the car where it was, the whole experiance was lovely - Great location, very easy to get into central Bath across the bridge.
