  Very nice and helpful staff (I asked quite a lot of times for help/advice, they have always given a solution). Clean and tidy rooms (I think they are also the 'spacious' type in London). We had our 9 month old with us and they upgraded us to a bigger, less noisy room for no extra charge. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. Great location for us as we have family in Balham. Only a 10 minute walk to Balham tube station. Would definitely go back.

  The rooms of hotel are all new and very nice , I asked for iron and hair dry which was no problem staff are understanding it's a very good safe hotel if you are using st George's ! The resterant beside was good as well .

  As I was going to Wimbledon on the Mon 24th - hotel ideal for location. The majority of staff were helpful, friendly. Reception staff helpful providing buses numbers and cost to Wimbledon and information how to get to Kew Gdns. On Tuesday morning at breakfast a friendly manager approached us and asked if we had a comfortable sleep, informed him th... what people say » at we heard noise (Rm 201 at back of hotel) during the night - it sounded like someone using a mixer for plastering. He said he would follow this up. - I stayed for 4 nights on business. I had a minor car park trauma (my fault) and was faced with telling a guest that i had hit their vehicle. I reported this to the reception and they could not have been more helpful - the Italian gentleman (i apologise i did not record his name) was very helpful and was the epitome of professional -thank you very much. The rooms were comfortable and everything you could need. I will stay again. Free breakfast, free wifi. what more do you need?

  We were greeted by a really friendly receptionist and upgraded from executive to the suite which was really nice! The room was extremely spacious, so was the bathroom, everything was clean and modern. The kitchen was nicely contained with everything needed to prepare and store basic meals. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be com - good service, they moved us from a by us booked suite room to their luxury suite, because it was available. Rooms have lots of space. Central London by bus takes 15 minutes. Seated above in busses gives the best view of London. SO Park, once again very friendly and happy giving service. When we return we'd be back. Also, SOPark near nice park/gardens. Near fantastic Italian food incl. pizza restaurant where they're singing Italian.

  Even though the place was fully booked, we did not see any other guests therefore we felt we had a lot of privacy. There was one member of staff on call who was very friendly and unimposing. The place was clean, simple and provided everything you need. Every room has tea, coffee, biscuits and Capri Somme juice. The Kitchen - Nice and helpful staff. We had booked a double room but got an apartment instead because I wrote to tell we were coming with a baby. We had everything you could need in the apartment including dishwasher and washing machine, refrigerator and microwave oven etc. Plenty of space. Free Wi-fi and eat as much as you want-breakfast included. Not far from the train station and buses and shops. The staff takes care of the whole cleaning of the apartment when you leave, even throw out the garbage.
