  we were upgraded to a suite for no extra charge unbeleivable in this day and age exellent food and facilities - Close to the tube and central London. Lovely location and well priced. Would definitely stay there again.

  On our arrival and departure of the hotel we found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Our room was located at the back of the hotel on the 3rd floor. The room key / card was a little tricky at first to use but after some visual instruction from the hotel staff found it ok to use, (just need to get the card in the correct position for the scanner... what people say » to work). The room was warm, comfortable, quite and suited our needs. We are unable to pass comment on the hotel food as we did not eat in at all. My - I loved the location of the Abba Queensgate hotel; the neighborhood is very charming and a bit off the busy streets. I was also amazed at the size of the room; being a frequent traveler, I do not expect space in a London hotel room, but this hotel was very spacious and well appointed, which was lovely for our family of 4 sharing a family room. I loved the wooden floors, and the modern touches in the hotel which were interspersed with traditional embellishments of the original building. I wou

  Fabulous 1930's Art Deco building in perfect location. Greataccomodation we even got upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.Very private and comfortable. Nice being able to wake up and make acafitiere of coffee before facing the world. - I like the staff. They did alot for us.

Comes with TV, wi-fi and kitchen which were all very useful. Is far enough out of the way of the city-centre to be quiet at night, while being 2 minutes walk away from the tube station.   Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good (continental} Rooms very comfortable and clean. Near to tube station and eating places. - Close to well-connected tube station. Pleasant surroundings from the tube station to the hotel. The english breakfast was tasty (but a bit expensive).
