  Friendly welcoming reception. Couldn't find our booking because it was listed under our first names (joined together) instead of our last name. Thankfully, since we are Hilton Honors members and could give them our member number, they found it that way! But other than that, our stay was flawless. We stayed there 3 separate times and they remembere - The close proximity to the airport is great! There is an airport shuttle (for a fee) that takes you right to the door. Arrange a room with breakfast included, it's worth it. Service is well above average to say the least! The gym was well equipped for a bit of a work out before trying to get some sleep prior to the early flight the next day.   I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast.   Very friendly staff especially towards are two young children. They made us all feel very welcome and were very accommodating to our every need. We asked for some warm milk for our baby's bottle at 6.30am and they did so without even charging us! We stayed out the hotel to visit legoland and windsor and this hotel was in the perfect location.   From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a seat before the bus came. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.
